Slovak Fashion Council is actively engaged in educational and networking activities for the fashion segment representatives. We also organize events and manage educational projects for children and teens to support them in building healthy opinions on fashion, developing their creative skills, and gaining awareness of sustainable fashion.
One of the crucial activities of the Slovak Fashion Council revolves around supporting sustainability. We have recently joined forces with the local secondhand store Nosene, which has also been re-designing old or damaged clothing under their brand Renewals by Nosene, to create a capsule collection consisting of several basic patterns using unused or damaged clothing.
Thursday June 22nd, the committee of the Best Fashion Talent, an award show jointly organized by Slovak Fashion Council and Fashion LIVE!, met in the Atelier 343 (clothing design) of the Academy of Fine Arts.
